Hattha Kaksekar Limite “HKL” is a leading microfinance institution, providing Credit, Savings, Local Money Transfer, ATM Service, Mobile Banking Service and other financial service, and operates with 25 provinces-cities in Kingdom of Cambodia. To respond our progress, we are looking for qualified candidates for the positions as below.

  • Manager Of Branding (01 Position)
តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
  • Develop brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short and long term.
  • Maintain and enhance brand policies and procedure such as Corporate Identity by ensuring all stakeholders adopt and use it correctly.
  • Actively promote HKL brand by ensuring all projects/programs meet corporate brand standards.
  • Manage all the activities stipulated in the brand plan to ensure that brand objectives are achieved.
  • Manage and track material effectiveness in order to modify and improve promotion development.
  • Quality checks marketing material at all stages of development and production process, applies changes where required, and provides final approval to ensure quality, finished material being produced.
  • Work closely with research team for competitor and customer insights analysis, brand preference and brand consideration survey.
  • Work with marketing and communication team for plan and execution of all communications and media actions as well as create promotional campaign.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
តំរូវការការងារ
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other related field, master degree is preferable.
  • At least 2 years working experiences specializing in marketing and branding.
  • Strong conceptualization and analytical skills and capacity to pro-actively plan and well-implementation.
  • Well understand about financial institution environment, experience with bank is preferable.
  • Good interpersonal communication, presentation skill, team work, result-oriented.
  • Excellent skill in MS Office includes Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • High proficiency in writing, speaking, reading and listening English.

Remuneration:

  • HKL provide the competitive salary based on knowledge, skill and experience. We offer the monthly salary plus Insurance Allowance (Health & Accidence), Annual Bonus, Incentive, Pchum Ben Bonus, 13rd Month Salary, Uniform Allowance, Provident Fund, Annual Leave, and other benefit as stated in HKL policy.
